Harrow Mosque has written to neighbours to outline the steps it is taking to minimise disruption at the busy time of Ramadan.
The month-long Muslim festival, which starts on July 8, will see an increase in the number of worshippers attending the mosque on the corner of Station Road and Rosslyn Crescent.
The busiest times will be in the evening and the mosque management committee says it is working hard to ensure local people are not inconvenienced.
Mosque users will be encouraged to park in the Civic Centre car park rather than Rosslyn Crescent and Frognal Avenue.
Stewards and security guards will patrol streets around the mosque to ensure drivers are sticking to parking rules and that visitors keep the noise down.
The mosque has an emergency text number in case of any urgent problems such as cars blocking driveways – 07784 927045.
