One of Harrow’s scuffiest shops has been given a smart new look after being transformed into a Nisa convenience store.
The former CostCutter franchise on the corner of Rosslyn Crescent and Station Road was today re-branded as a Nisa.
HCRA had been trying to encourage the shop’s former owners to improve the look of the lawn and flowerbeds outside the shop.
Now it is under new management, we will continue working with the business to tackle litter and try to smarten up the unkempt exterior.
How disappointing that they have brutally massacred the little silver birch tree which was outside the store. Pointless vandalism. I’m afraid that I remain to be convinced that Nisa will be any better than Costcutter. I shan’t shop there – the quality of food, especially fresh fruit and veg is much better at the shops on the other side of Station Road.
