About

Harrow Civic Residents’ Association (HCRA) is a voluntary organisation representing the residents of Rosslyn Crescent, Frognal Avenue and Woodlands Road in the Greenhill ward of the London Borough of Harrow. The association was founded in 1999 and held its first official meeting in the September of that year.

HCRA strives to make a difference in the area by monitoring planning applications, liasing with local police, and working to improve the local environment. The association successfully campaigned for a Controlled Parking Zone in all three roads and its Tree Campaign has seen more than 30 new trees planted. The association publishes a regular newsletter to keep residents informed of local news and stages events and activies such as the annual “dump run”, which involves ferrying unwanted junk to the town dump in an effort to keep front gardens clear of rubbish.

  1. All general bins from 42 – 64 Station Road HA1 2SQ were missed and remained full since the collection date 9/1/2023. We have reported numerous times but no reply. All emails have been returned. The street looks awful and is a hazard to the public. Since then we had recycled bins collected on Tuesday but the General bins still remain full. We need urgent assistance on this matter. All our requests are being ignored.
