I have received a letter from harrow council that they are going ahead with tesco extension to which I strongly oppose. Please let me know how can I stop it?
I am new to the harrow council. Since I moved in my black garbage bin collection got missed twice. Raised missed bin report twice and still no action. The customer support just raised another report on my behalf. This is very pathetic. Any help on how I can sort this out?
